Guitar concert

Woo hoo!! Guitar concert was yesterdae!! Oh man!! i tink all of us did a marvellous, fantastic n fabulous job! Haha!! Kudos to everyone--all guitar members, eva kind n patient seniors,all the frens hu came n support us, teachers included, stage crew members, sc members n usherers n my darling family members n of cos my lover (guitar) etc... Oh man!! i love u guys man!!

After the concert, i tink all guitar members get to noe each other betta n i tink we haf sumhow forged a stronger bond. We survived n gritted out teeth thru the gruelling practices. We crapped n joked alot. Although the late nite practices were very tedious n hair-pulling, it was thru these practices tt we had so much fun. After yesterdae, it wld be back to normal practices...boy...i imagine life to be quite boring after tt. In conclusion, i tink the efforts i've put in was worthy!!

I forgot to bring my make up set yesterdae. Muahaha!! i had to borrow frm my frens. Im totally clueless when it cums to applying make up.... I was subjected to my frens' 'artistic' skills... Hui Chan powdered my face until i nearly looked like a geisha. Jiaxian helped me apply blue eyeshadow which looks abit like blueblack at first cos it was too thick. The lipstick i applied at first was too pink. Sum of the guitar members gt a shock when they saw me cos tt was the first time i appeared FAIR in front of them. Muahahaha! At tt point in time, i wished i was a guy. Cos guys dun haf to doll up! Neway, i tink applying make up is a knowledge itself n i admire those hu knows how to doll up beautifully.

I fumbled abit for the first song--under the sea. Neway, i was a greenhorn. It was my first time performing on stage--erm...mayb playing an instrument on stage. Attempted to smile but then i cld imagine myself looking rather constipated cos i was NERVOUS!! I played one note wrongly n i nearly freaked out. Plus i was sitting at the front row. More stress! *faints* Howeva, i managed to survive. Second song was betta cos i was less nervous. Din make ani mistake. thank goodness!!

I received flowers!! woo hoo!! Thankew very much hu gave me flowers. u guys were so cute.

Sum ppl broke their strings yesterdae. I bet it mus be traumatising for them. It isn't exactly a nice thing to break the guitar strings rite b4 the concert. The strings will get out of tune easily. Yinteen n mine guitars dropped when we were taking pics together. fortunately, no major mishap. My lover was still in one piece n a kind soul helped me retune my guitar!! Sayang my lover after tt. Hahahaha!!

All year ones had to sing the song--a whole new world. Oh man!! It was embarrassing. fortunately i had my dear frens--huixian n huichan were there to encourage me saying tt we shall all die of embarrassment together. the word 'together' spurred me on!! haha!! thankew. i particualrly mentioned the two of them not becos i favour them. it's becos the three of us had to help seniors exchange guitars so we kinda whined n complaint abt the singing part back stage. i noticed sth... the three of us, huichan,huixian n me--huiting. all haf 'hui' in our names. Cool!

i had supper after tt!! Yummy!!

No guitar practices next wk!! Yipppee!! Im gg to abstain three big things for nxt wk... im gg to abstain frm drinking coffee. i dun wanna get addicted/dependent on it to stay awake. Nxt, i shall abstain frm guitar (temporary). Third, abstain frm excessive stoning. i tink i stoned too much. Neway, gonna need lotsa sleep to replenish those i haf missed. Gotta catch up on my tutorials n lectures. gonna find sum way to cure my eye bags.
