I was supposed to go for the medical check up yesterday but my red monster decided to pop by for a visit and i had to postpone my checkup. I'll be going on the 7th july with mel. It's nerve-wrecking to go for the checkup alone. Plus, i'm more terrified of the fact that i'll get lost in Pulau NTU.
I did a cheapo thing... Those going to NTU should know that we have to send our passport pics online and stuff. I can't use my 3-in-1 printer because i'm currently using Window Vista and my printer is an obsolete model and doesn't have Vista configuration. (talking about this is sufficient to make my blood boil) Which means i can't use my precious printer anymore. Got to buy another one. AH! So, i couldn't scan my passport pics and upload online. I was forced to look for another alternative. Use the digital camera, self shot and upload. But, my digital camera is another outdated model which once again run into the same problem. And even if it was able to be used using window vista, i still have to charge the cam, take pic of myself, then download some software into my com and using a USB cable to link up my cam and com. Too much of a hassle and i'm too much of a lazy bum. So, the most convenient way was to self shot using my handphone which has only 2 megapixels. Which is kind of pathetic. But it's the easy way out man. Then i proceeded to use microsoft office picture manager to tweak the brightness and contrast and some other stuff to make the image clearer and me to appear fairer. Cropped it out and click! upload the pic on the website. There goes my cheapo, self shot, self edited pic.
Went to TM today. Bought a pair of shorts and top from Mango cause they were having sales. haha! I'm in a splurging mood.
Met my mum at century sqaure's sony road show. She made me lug home one big plastic bag of groceries from NTUC home. Oh god... i nearly fell backwards and rolled down the stairs while climbing the overhead bridge on my way home. Thankfully, i quickly leaned forward and got my CG stabilise. If not i'll most probably be lying on a hospital bed in the horrid sickly coloured hospital gown or in a pine box. Bless me.
